Upfront Pricing

Just Call Ned, Handyman Services believes in an upfront pricing policy. After many years experience in the handyman business, we've gained a feel for what our customers prefer.

Here's our pricing policies:

• We charge hourly with a one hour minimum. Billing then continues in 30 minute increments.


• We charge for actual hours worked. You won’t pay for inflated estimates.


• We are ready to work when we arrive at your site.


• We can purchase any materials that will be needed or you can get them.


• We do not ask for any payment upfront, except in the case of larger projects with substantial material investment.


• We will disclose all charges ahead of performing the work meaning you'll know how much we'll charge for your job.
